United Progressive People Alliance (UPPA) Tshwane Mayoral Candidate, Mr Abel Tau, will embark on an intensive 14-day Thuntsha Lerole campaign from 19 to 30 October 2026, taking the party’s campaign directly to communities across Tshwane in the final stretch towards the local government elections.

The campaign will see Tau and UPPA campaign teams engaging residents, conducting door-to-door mobilisation, increasing community visibility and presenting the party’s commitment to building a cleaner city, improving basic services and creating a brighter future for all residents.

Under the banner “Thuntsha Lerole #TAU2026,” the campaign will focus on listening to residents, strengthening grassroots mobilisation and advancing UPPA’s vision for a more accountable, responsive and effective Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality.

Daily campaign hours: 09:00–18:00

Tau will lead the campaign as UPPA intensifies its engagement with residents and mobilises support for its vision of a stronger Tshwane.
